4Utilities provides free online tools for financial calculations, time management, text editing, file conversion, and other utility-based services. On 4Notepad specifically, your notes are saved locally in your browser's storage and are never uploaded to our servers — see our Privacy Policy for details.

All results, calculations, conversions, and exports produced by our tools are estimates or best-effort outputs generated automatically. They should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, medical, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

Because notes are stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing them up (via export to .txt, PDF, or Word) and for the content of any note you choose to share via a generated link.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the design, interface, logos, trademarks, and source code of 4Utilities websites belong to 4Utilities or its licensors. Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Accuracy of results: our tools are based on standard mathematical or text-processing logic, but we do not guarantee absolute accuracy or fitness for any specific purpose.
